ALL TUITION COSTS ARE PER SEMESTER
A SEMESTER IS 5 MONTHS LONG *FALL SEMESTER IS: AUG-DEC *SPRING SEMESTER IS: JAN-MAY PLEASE NOTE: HCA REQUIRES A ONE TIME, NON-REFUNDABLE Application FEE PER FAMILY of $125 for 1st student, $75 for each additional student, and AN ENROLLMENT FEE PER SEMESTER (Fall & Spring), PER STUDENT OF $275. Science courses require $25 lab/supply fee AND Art courses require $20 supply fee. (Grade levels K-12)
PRE-K - 2 days per week
*All prices are per semester This breaks down to $275/month for 5 months Aug-Dec (semester 1). $275/month for 5 months Jan-May (semester 2). $1375 for each semester or $2750 for the annual total of 10 months.
PRE-K - 3 days per week
*All prices are per semester This breaks down to $325/month for 5 months Aug-Dec (semester 1). $325/month for 5 months Jan-May (semester 2). $1625 for each semester or $3250 for the annual total of 10 months.
Kindergarten - 2 DAYS PER WEEK
*All prices are per semester This breaks down to $368/month for 5 months Aug-Dec (semester 1). $368/month for 5 months Jan-May (semester 2). $1840 for each semester or $3680 for the annual total of 10 months. Plus $25 Science supply fee and $20 art supply fee.
Kindergarten - 3 DAYS PER WEEK
*All prices are per semester This breaks down to $420 / month for 5 months Aug-Dec (semester 1). $420/month for 5 months Jan-May (semester 2). $2100 for each semester or $4200 for the annual total of 10 months. Plus $25 Science supply fee and $20 art supply fee.

ES K-6 : Art and PE classes (these are built into their daily schedule).
-1-2 grade PE 4th period 11:00-11:45 ($25/month $125/semester)
-3-6 PE 11:30-12:00 ($25/month $125/semester)
-1-6 Art 7th period 1:45-2:30 ($27/month plus supply fee $135/semester)
*Plus $20 art supply fee billed once
MS ELECTIVES ARE OPTIONAL
MS 7-8: Photography/Yearbook schedule, AND Art classes (these are built into their daily schedule, both classes are 45 minutes long).
-Photography/Yearbook 6th period 1:00-1:45. ($30/month $150/semester
-Art 7th period 1:45-2:30 ($30/month plus supply fee $130/semester)
*Plus $20 art supply fee billed once
HS ELECTIVES ARE OPTIONAL
HS 9-12: Photography/Yearbook, Child Growth and Development *with lab (Labs will be scheduled for T or TH weekly for 2 hours), Health/Speech (these are built into their daily schedule, both classes are 45 minutes long). Spanish I and II are both 60 minutes long.
-Photography/Yearbook 7th period 1:45-2:30 ($40/month $200/semester)
-Child Growth and Development 7th period 1:45-2:30 *Labs are on T or Th. ($40/month $200/semester)
-Health/Speech 6th period 1:00-1:45 ($40/month $200/semester)
-Spanish I / Spanish II 4th period 11:00-12:00 ($50 month/$250/semester)
*Bible/Chapel is not optional; it is a requirement; however, HCA does NOT charge for this class*
